Read it. Not a word about reducing dependency on networked IT. Nothing about teaching people (youngsters particularly) how to live & thrive when the web is lost. Lots about spending fortunes to make IT invulnerable – both an unbounded commitment and astonishingly naive at the same time… This almost smacks of McCarthy in the digital age. ‘No holds barred, the Commie/Cyber Terrorist will bring down the Western world, they and their sympathizers must be hunted down and struck, and struck hard’ etc etc.
