Also at tactical life is an article saying the Russian Navy will get 50 new ships by 2016. Can we swap Cameron for Putin?

Will those Russian ships come with the standard dock-side spontaneous combustion modules? I’d wager 45ish of them will be of a RHIB variety as well.

Just reading that bit about Project Marshall, it seems odd to me that we have £1.5bn to spend on an air traffic management system, but no money in the kitty to give Type 45 etc some kind of cooperative engagement ability?
