Falkland Islands Deep Water Port

Mercopress have reported;

The Falkland Islands will have a new deep-water port facility capable of meeting the demands of all incumbent industries it was announced following this week’s meeting of Executive Council (ExCo).

It will replace FIPASS, an updated floating facility first used in 1982.

    If Argentina wasn’t stupid, they would have sold the Falklands something similar… then expand their own ports to be able to handle oil tankers and boost up their big ship repair/maintainance facilities.

    Provided that they arn’t stupid. Which is a big “?”.
