    All true but no mention of black holes, cost overruns, etc, etc.

    On the other hand, perhaps we should put the previous governments failings to one side and positively engage with this review; we talk a lot on this site about how to improve the armed forces, why not submit those ideas? It may not be likely to be taken up, but you never know…

    Is that Ed in Afghanistan? I bet the Taliban could have took him out at any time. But chose not to as they figured out he would do more damage if they left him standing…..
