National Defence Industry Extra
A blog covering news and developments within the global defence industry has just been re-launched. National Defence Industry Extra is now the brainchild of Adam Dempsey, Research Associate for the UK Defence Forum and commentator on defence and security issues. Over the coming weeks and months Adam will provide his readers with his own perspective on defence industry developments, as well as a recap of the month’s biggest defence contracts.
Adam’s first article was published on the 22nd February and considered Elbit’s current stake in the Latin American defence marketplace. The article represents a departure from previous posts, in that it reflects National Defence Industry Extra’s commitment to global coverage. The article can be read at:
Adam would also welcome contributions from fellow defence and security professionals. Articles should be between 300 and 1500 words in length on a defence-industrial subject of your choice. Adam would be particularly interested to hear from postgraduate students with an interest in the defence-industrial base.
