I think you find “Yes Chief” covers most things….
mmmm’ except “in my day” Able Rate is actually split into 2 – 2nd Class and 1st Class, as in RO1 or RO2 (and then their are Juniors if your below 17 years old e.g. JRO). I think this remains the same today.
Yes as there are no Ordinaries, everybody is an AB.
